The art therapy session began, filled with the soft scratch of pencils and the gentle scent of paints. The theme for the day was “Draw Your Stress.”
Participants were invited to pause and reflect on the things that weighed on them, to imagine what their stress might look like if it could take a visible form. With this image in mind, they picked up their tools—pencils, brushes, and paints—and set about bringing their inner tension to life on their Canva boards. Each stroke and color became a window into their minds, turning invisible worries into tangible art.
By the end of the session, the room was a gallery of emotions—some chaotic, some calm—but all deeply personal, a testament to the power of expressing what words often cannot capture.
